After a wonderful month of “smile”
we are back into thinking about ways to give a “charismatic”
touch to your personalities.
Mind rules the body
Attitude is the internal feeling
towards something. It is the real small thing that can make
a huge difference.Positive attitude is something that has
to be practiced. As someone said,
“If you don't like something, change it. If you can't
change it, change the way you think about it. “
Ways to develop positive
thinking
Positive thinking is a simple motivational
method used to change one's attitude and promote self growth.
Persistent positive thinking, will eventually teach your mind
to think positively and ignore negative thoughts.
Create a positive inner voice, also known as "positive
affirmations": Make statements like “I will do
it” and "I can do it.”
Learn to meditate: Meditation gives you inner strength,
peace of mind, relaxation and a sense of bliss - the ingredients
which will help you to think positively.
Always see the brighter side of life - "glass is
half-full" attitude: Try to believe that everything
happens for a reason and embrace the concept that something
good will come out of every situation that momentarily seems
bad.
Learn to communicate effectively: Let your words not frustrate
others.
Believe in yourself: Believe on your capabilities to become
more confident. Make a positive commitment to yourself and
to the people around you. Praise yourself and be enthusiastic.
